WHAT I BRING

15+ years gives you a few stories.

I arrived in New Zealand and built credibility from scratch. Since then, I’ve led teams, grown brands, worked across international markets and learned how to bring even difficult stakeholders onside.

I’ve worked in heavily male-dominated industries, navigated difficult management, redundancy and career change, and learned when to adapt, when to hold my ground and when to trust my own judgement.

That’s the experience I bring to mentorship.

Three months of focused, one-to-one support.

3 private mentorship sessions
One 60-minute session each month, focused entirely on what is most useful to you at that point.

No fixed curriculum. We work on the decisions, situations and opportunities that are actually happening.

I come prepared
Before each session, you can send me the context and anything relevant you want me to understand.

I’ll review it beforehand so we can spend the session working through the issue, not bringing me up to speed.

Support between sessions
You can reach out between sessions when something comes up and you need a quick second opinion or perspective.

Think: an interview tomorrow, a difficult email, a stakeholder conversation or a decision you’re stuck on.

Practical next steps
The goal is not a good conversation that disappears the next morning.

We finish each session clear on what you’re going to think about, try, decide or do next.
